Every knit is made with care and attention, and we do our best to make sure it arrives with you in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery and returns.
Delivery
UK Orders: Sent via tracked delivery. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders: We ship worldwide using a tracked service. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please allow extra time during busy periods.
Returns
We hope you’ll love your knitwear. If for any reason you need to return an item:
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Once we confirm your return, please send it back within 28 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We’re unable to accept returns for items damaged through incorrect care or washing (please see our Care Guide for full instructions)
